​What does Consciousness Creatives mean?
  • Consciousness 
    The world we live in, the way we work, is going through a major change at the moment, yet many of us are still trying to approach it with the old thinking.  To adapt and begin to work in flow with the new dynamic we must become aware, conscious, of ourselves and how our environment works and step up in our own thinking and processes.  We must both open ourselves to see what is not working AND commit to changing it.

  • Helping them to grow up, wake up and show up by becoming more conscious and adept

​OUR VALUE PROPOSITION​
Helen has, formally and informally studied models and thinking that give new frameworks to make sense of how the world we live in really works. and has been involved in organisations that have brought together many like-minded people to form a community who support each other and worked in large organisations that don’t have much of a clue that things are changing and have to be dragged through even minor changes to their thinking and operations.
 
She has the passion for releasing the old ways and moving to new paradigms and will bring that passion and my wealth of knowledge, as well as my extensive experience to partner with you to help you clarify where you might want to move forward and how to get there.

  • I have worked in the Federal and State Public Sectors for over 30 years, acquiring a huge range of skills including management, strategic planning and project management and implementation, and so on.  This experience has taught both what does and what doesn’t work.
  • Organisational development and change management in small and large organisations
  • Major projects including L&D strategy for a large organisation, performance development, implement/support major transformational change programs, program administration and people management
  • I was a support counsellor in community organisations for many years
  • I have studied psychology and have a Master of Arts (Complexity, Chaos & Creativity)
​PARTICULAR AREAS OF INTEREST THAT ENHANCE OUR WORK
  • Complexity Science – Provides a new way of seeing that the world operates as a non-linear, ever-changing dynamic system of systems rather than the very simplistic, linear, mechanistic way we have been working.  Inspires a drive to allow the emergence of new and wonderful ways to make a difference
  • Spiral Dynamics – A development model that applies to individuals, tribes, cultures, organisations creating an understanding and acceptance that we are all operating and different developmental levels
  • Integral Theory – The theory of everything? It pulls together so many aspects to create a more complex map of how our world operates
  • Neuroscience – I don’t believe that science is everything and that anything that isn’t proven by science doesn’t exist however I do think that the new discoveries that give evidence to the connection between our body, mind, emotions & spirit open up new ways to take more control over our lives
  • Quantum Physics – the discoveries in what is happening at the metaphysical or energetic level in every living organism and the possibilities that the knowledge is opening up for us is astounding
